Question: hi I'm really confused in UK, we have to shield the vulnerable people can't get thru to any of my specialists and I'm worried as I don't know what to do. My Consultant in( 2019 )for gastro said it was difficult to find what other Diagnosis I have as under 5 different hospitals. hematologist 2019 ,also said I am a" multifactorial case". I'm confused as I'm new to this area and my GP doesn't have my notes yet .They've been missing for a year. ..I have chronic pancreatitis. I have to take creon (enzymes) when I eat. I have had multiple stomach surgeries. elhers Danlos syndrome bowel and bladder incontinence under active thyroid from birth Recurrent bladder,kidney infractions. fibromyalgia osteoarthritis restless leg syndrome I have to have flu injection every year , pneumonia vaccine, (have been in hospital 2 times with pneumonia ), anaemia (ferritin 1 haemaglobin 8.7) so I have to have iron infusions B12 deficiency colitis coaeliac I also have issues as I'm ADHD and they think I'm autistic. I don't like going to the gp or hospital as it scare me. so I've missed 2 years of B12 injections flu and pnemonia last year meant to have infusions (iron) for 2 years.i had one in nov2019 but after I had this bronze marks on my face and they are still there I am on Omeporazole CREON levothroxzine betahistine elvanse cocodamol gabapentin amitriptyline Omeporazole my current symptoms that are new in the last month chest tightness ,panting (better with ventalin). ringing in ears confusion reactive not leaving house diarrhoea and I've last 8 lbs words being jumbled up more forgetful dumping episodes x4- feel sick ,faint laboured breathing,room spinning ,sweating. I don't know what to do ? my GP is in London but they are snowed under. it's just engaged tone. I tried emailing .Noone gets back to me. do I shield? I have 3 autistic kids 14,13 and 7 . I'm able to look after them well even thoug I'm extremely tired all the time . hesitant to leave the house
