Brief Answer:
Increase water and salt content in your food.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms XXXXXXX

Thank you for the query.

Lower blood pressure indicates that you are not consuming adequate amounts of water and salt.

Make sure you get about 5 grams of salt per day through your meals and also drink 4 liters of water per day.

Women generally have slightly lower blood pressure and it is not abnormal.

You should check your wieght though.

If you are underweigt then this problem is common.

Eat healthy and drink water.

Hope that answers your concern.

Best wishes
