Hi, Ram Here, I Had Pain In My Testis In

Ram here,
I had pain in my testis in Epididymis/plexus since last one year which was started after Sex (but not sure about the reason), I had gone with lot of medicine, 2 time UTS, urine and blood test at that time. and report was normal. but I feel there same pain till date, heaviness in blood vessels connecting to testis and bit pain for 1-2 days after ejaculation, even feeling elongation in vessels and Epididymis, and pain in abdomen and vessels connecting to thigh. also feeling Itching type inside the vessels/Epididymis as any different liquid adding with it.
am worried if it is not tumor or any kind of cancer..
please help to ride out from this problem.
No possibility of Tumor or Cancer of Left Testicle .
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .With normal USG report there is no possibility of Testicular Cancer at all.Do not worry about it .
Normally when we do surgery for undescended testis on one side we fix up the other testicle within scrotum what is called as Orchiopexy as there are every chances of the other testicle being freely XXXXXXX It is not clear from your statement whether Orchiopexy was done on left side or not .In your case It is likely that the freely XXXXXXX left testicle may be getting twisted and causing the pain .
The pain in left Epididymis that you get on and off. Please get the details from the operating surgeon whether Orchiopexy was performed on left side or not?
Using Scrotal support will help to reduce the tension on spermatic cord and to get relief from pain .
Thanks and Regards.

thankyou very much for your response,
orchiopexy was done right side, (right undescended one has been removed out) and pain is in left one which come and goes, depends on my activities, when I stands or lift weight I can feel mid pain in left testis.. and also it's freely movable, and active as it was earlier before pain..

Have you done Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum very recently.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
The pain in left testicle particularly in standing position can be due to Varicocele and needs to be ruled out by doing Color Doppler study of scrotum.
Get it done and upload the report .
Thanks and Regards.
