Brief Answer:
Anxiety is the cause of your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this increased heart beat may be related to anxiety.
Having ECG normal in your previous check-up supports the fact that it is related to anxiety. If I was your doctor I. would have recommended you to check your thyroid function because hyperthyroidism may be a concern.
Also , if I was your doctor I would have recommended you to take atenolol now to bring the heart frequency back to normal and antianxiety medications you currently take.
Vagostabyl can be a good option.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
It can be cold or flu.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thank you for asking again.
I don't think these two episodes are much related.
I think the fever may be related to cold or flu.
Possibly you may develop other symptoms in the following hours.
The elevated body fever can cause increased heart beat also.
You can write me back if you develop other symptoms.
