Brief Answer:
Please go for FNAC/Biopsy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Mammogram is a basic investigation for a Breast lesson.
The finding of Spiculated mass Architectural distortion, suspicious microclacification cannot confirm whether the lesion is Benign or Malignant.
The lesion is confirmed by Histopathological examination i.e.FNAC/Biopsy.
In FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology), small needle is inserted into the lesion and the aspirated contents are seen under Microscope. It will give a clue whether it is Benign or Cancerous.
If FNAC is inconclusive, then Biopsy should be done.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
