Brief Answer:
Please give additional information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the pain only on nipple or in the breast too?
Is there any palpable lump in breast.
Can you please send clear and focused photograph of the affected area in consent with your husband- if possible. It helps sometimes.
Is the skin red over it?
Is there a small lump on the nipple.
Any other details please.

thanks for replying, previously i could see only white lump now its little reddish. yes the white spot is on the nipple itself. the pain s mostly near the nipple itself but post feed it radiates to other breast area irregularly. Applying hot pack gives me in mmense relief for long time. i have attached the pic for your ref.
Brief Answer:
Proper actual evaluation and may be a small opening helps.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and the image.
This indicates that the duct is blocked at the opening end.
The milk continues to be produced at the stimulus of breast feeding causing engorgement and thus the pain.
I would advise you the following in such a situation,
Please consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and Ultrasonography of the abdomen immediately after feeding the baby to know the cause.
It is possible that a small XXXXXXX at the opening can solve the problem and at the same time avoid further complications of obstruction like abscess formation, cyst development and so on.
I hope this answer helps you in decision making.
Please give feedback.
Take care.
