Brief Answer:
need to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

If the medial angle of the eye is painful and there is excessive watering of the eye. You may have to get examined clinically to rule out stones in the lacrimal duct or any sort of obstruction in the same.

Hope, I answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Not stone

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the images.

Though the duct is apparent, I do not see any signs of pathology there.

I would recommend you to gently massage over the swelling for the next two days. This can dislodge any inspissated secretions present if any.

If this does not help, the syringing of the lacrimal duct is the only resort. This has to be done by an opthalmologist.
