Brief Answer:
You must consult an ENT specialist at the earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Hearing problems immediately after a ear picking can be a sign of injury to tympanic membrane(ear drum). We have to make sure that the ear drum is intact or not before starting any treatment. If you put anything in the ear with an injured ear drum, it can cause unwanted complications like infection.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist at the earliest and get an otoscopic examination to assess the tympanic membrane.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Hi,
You can try antihistamines like cetrezine, which may help in some conditions.
However an ENT evaluation is a must.
