Hi Doctor, I Had An Accident Few Days Back ,
Question: hi doctor, I had an accident few days back , where I fall face first. but I didn't got any major injury. I had a small cut under my eye. but I got the some scratch inside my mouth wherein, now I got ulcer and it's burning. what shall I take. at the moment, I am taking metronadizole and folic acid with a gel. please recommend something for instant healing.

Continue using Metronidazole which has a good coverage on anaerobic bacteria.
Such patients are also prescribed Antibiotics like Amoxicillin (500 mng thrice a day) for extended coverage on aerobic ones.
You are using a gel which might be a local anesthetic.
You can also apply clove oil directly over the ulcer for quick relief.
Take over the counter NSAID analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation.
Rinse your mouth with saltwater,post meals,once a day to aid healing.
Avoid citrous fruits and spicy foods.
Chew ice cubes,multiple times a day,to promote healing,reduce inflammation and reduce pain (by causing numbness).
