please find below my stool culture report

i did this because i felt some issue in my stomach and there was heavy growth of kepsilla
i need to know which is the best antiboitc for this and for how long i need to take anbx to cure from this

hi doctor
currently i am having only anti histamine and lansprozol i do have lax esophigal spentet since 2008 my last endoscopy was ok

currently symptomos
bloting in my stomach while eatinh
itchiness in my gum
have sinus ( but i did ct and was normal )
discharge from my nose but it is think and clear
lettle cough with thik balgum
having bad smell in my nose

i did blood test as well and all my tests was normal only my clostrol is lettle high and need excersise

my ESR was high a bit but the C re active protin was normal

theses sympotoms now for 3 weeks

no fever at all
and also i am active

also will send u my last endoscopy report please see the attachmemt

so what shall i do shall i start anti biotax if yes then for how long ?

I have reviewed your biopsy and stool culture report provided through email.

* It is indicative of Klebsiella infection induced changes without any other major
problem.

* Sensitive antibiotic course will be required to be consumed for a period of 3 weeks
usually till the repeat culture report becomes negative.
Along with the same dietary precautions would matter a lot for better outcome.

Welcome for follow up.

* According to culture report, there are many options available for the condition which is
showing sensitive antibiotic in the form of oral and injection form.

* In my clinic, I recommend Ciprofloxacin (500 mg) 2 times a day after meals provided
there is no history of drug sensitivity ( However, every case defers and the perfect
the choice must be made by the consultant who is actually evaluating the physically).

* Initial intake should be for 1 week with follow up after 1 week and depending upon the
clinical relevance, whether to continue the same molecule or change is decided.

* Along with antibiotic, proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole on empty stomach and
probiotics with lacto bacillus content helps great.
