Brief Answer:
Pityriasis XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have read your query and viewed the image.

I can make out an ill-defined hypopigmented patch in the image which seems like Pityriasis XXXXXXX which is due to underlying dry skin in that area. I suggest her to use a moisturizer daily on her full face. In addition I suggest her to use tacrolimus 0.03% ointment (e.g either Tacroz 0.03% or TBIS 0.03% ointment), twice daily, specifically over the patch. Rub it in. Use it for 6-8 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
