Hi,
From what I understand you develop sweating and toe pain while urinating. Do you mean the symptoms only occur while urinating and stops after? Or is it a persisting complaint?
Do you have any other symptoms besides these two?
Since when you noticed these symptoms?
Do you experience dizziness, imbalance, chest pain?
Did you hurt the toe?
The symptoms / problem you reported is not very specific to known medical conditions. Therefore request you to provide more details.
Awaiting your response...

toe fingers have been paining previously for 2-3 weeks, could have been due to soft slippers which I have replaced, I had dizziness today after which I slept and it became ok, feel nausea is there. Also after I finish urination 1-2 drops tend to come out after 2-3 minutes, which could be normal but I have never felt it before

Brief Answer:
Non specific symptoms...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Based on the details provided you reported three individual symptoms and I don't think they are related to each other.
1. The toe pain could be related to the type of footwear. However, if the pain persist despite changing foot wear, you may have to get it evaluated. Sometimes high uric acid level can give rise to toe pain.
2. If the dizziness was an one time occurrence and doesn't repeat again, you need not be overly worried. So let me know if you are still feeling dizzy.
3. The urine dribbling problem may or may not be related to an underlying pathology. If you seem concerned, I will suggest to get an urine routine tested. An ultrasound scan of the bladder and prostate can help us identify if there are any underlying causes for the urine dribbling issue post void.
Hope this answered your questions. Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Need to undergo test if persistent...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Occasionally increased urge and frequency of urination may be related to stress and anxiety issues or due to an infection. If the problem persists for days, it is necessary to consult a doctor and get urine tested for infection. As indicated earlier a scan may be performed if necessary to rule out other urinary and prostate conditions.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.
