hi what's is means? small thyroid gland with reduced vascularity raising the possibility of a previous or chronic thyroiditis and minor nodules present on the right measuring less than 1mm in size

Hello again dear and thank you for writing the x-ray interpretation.
The report means that your thyroid is reduced in size, is small, and with less blood vessels. There is possiblity that you may be having chronic thyroiditis, chronic inflammation of thyroid ( possibly Hashimoto thyroiditis, autoimmune thyroiditis) that has destroyed the thyroid gland.
Also on right lobe some lumps of less than 1mm are formed.
