Hi. From 4 Months Old My Son Developed This Greenish/blueish

Question: hi. from 4 months old my son developed this greenish/blueish marks at the side of his face. i am not too sure what it is as it was not there from birth. since developing this mark it has grown slightly and small spots started appearing under his eyes as you can see. however, he is now 2 years old and ive norticed that it has started fading ever so slightly at the side of head. if you look closely you can see the lighter areas. the mark is flat and has no bumpy areas
my question is, will this completely dissappeaer? and what is this?
