Detailed Answer:
Hii. Tinnitus with nausea and fatigue may be due to various reasons. It may be due to acute viral infection of the inner ear or labyrinth which may lead to vomiting and tinnitus. It may be due to acute nerve weakness which leads to hearing loss. So inner sounds has got prominent as your hearing power has decreased. It may be due to meniers disease which can cause tinnitus. So please consult an ENT surgeon and get your hearing test done. You may need to undergo some balance related test to detect pathology of the inner ear. According to the pathology of the ear you may need to start some steroid, any antibiotic and treat accordingly.
