After going through the medical reports of CT angio gram attached by you I can understand your concern for your health and before giving my opinion I would like to ask a few things from you
1. Are you diabetic or hypertensive?
2. Do you smoke or used to smoke?
3. Any family history of heart disease in parents or 1st degree relative
4. Do you experience any symptoms like chest discomfort or heaviness, ghabrahat, heaviness in left shoulder or in neck below jaw line during or after exertion?

2. used to intermittently 2-4 cigaretes a month.

As per the information provided by you the symptoms are sort of atypical but as CT Angiography has shown significant disease in diagonal so it become important to go for a conventional Angiography to see the actually state and extent of the disease.
CT Angiography is NOT a GOLD standard investigation for coronary artery disease. So as CT Angiography has shown some problem so it become important to get a normal angio done first and only after that the proper line of treatment will be decided.
