I have read your query and evaluated attached photograph of mole.

* The mole is a clinical condition of dark pigmentation of particular area of the skin and
usually benign in nature.

* The itching involving lower mole may be post infection of the skin, perspiration related
or else.

My recommendations at present

- Keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid.
- Local application of polymycin cream.
- Sitz bath with warm lukewarm water added epsom salt.
- Anti histamine tablet for excess itching episode.
- Dermatologist opinion for discussing need of any other medications and biopsy
requirement in some of the cases.
