Brief Answer:
Could be pharyngitis due to weather

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through your problems and I am of the opinion that -

1. You are very much prone to infections especially since you were sitting out with friends during the night, i suggest kindly always tie a muffler around the neck and keep your head covered whenever you sit out.

2. Losing voice could be due to pharyngitis for which warm salt water gargling is very important three times a day. Give your voice some rest for three days. drink warm soup and drinks as it will make you feel better. Avoid oily food for now.

3. Most probably probably you may be having allergy . However, it is important that you consult a physician regarding blood tests- Complete Haemogram as we need to know your eosinophil count, ESR as well other parameters.

4. Since your immunity seems low you need to build up on that. Once the symptoms reside consume good amounts of citrus fruits as they contain vitamin C and help the immune system. Also be careful not to get exposed to cold air directly by wearing warm clothes and covering up with mufflers .

5. I would like to know is there any fever and accompanying productive cough (sputum)?

Hope your question was answered to a satisfactory extent.
