Question: hi i was diagnosed with scabies, he prescribed 4 3mg ivermectin tablets for 3 weeks... is this too much?

I read your query and here is my advice.

Invermicine for scabies can be taken 200mcg/kg dosage. So if you are around 60 kg then you need 4 tablets of 3 mg of invermectin.
You can take a dosage at day one and can repeat it after 14 days.
So as a conclusion you are taking the right dose
