Question: hi, im a 19 year old male. I found a ball of fat/muscle/tissue between my nipple and my right arm which is about 1 inch across. I can't feel it in the other side, but I know that I have more breast tissue in the right nipple than the left as I the doctor did a checkup about a year ago. I was wondering if this could be why?

Brief Answer:
It is probably a benign lipoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I've checked the attached image...

What you describe sounds perfectly benign. It is most likely a lipoma, which is a lump of fat that is rubbery in consistency. Alternatively, it could be accessory mammary tissue, which is also completely benign. If it bothers you in any way, you can have it excised by a surgeon using local anaesthetics.

Hope this helps.
