Hi Mark,
I have not travelled abroad, but its summer in Australia, so mosquitos are common this time of year, so thats a possibility.
I%E2%80%99ve not changed lotions, but I have been very fatigued the last week or so, feeling under the weather.
My main concern if it is bites from insects why is it in areas that arent always exposed.
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
If you have a fever you should see your doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi again XXXXXXX
Thank you for elaborating. To me it looks like insect bites, probably with secondary bacterial infection. Since you feel under the weather (do you have a fever?) I suggest you see your doctor for a swab of the sores for bacterial cultures and possible a course of penicillin.
How does that plan sound to you?
