Question: hi is my jaw able to do vline surgery because it looks like I can't because my teeth look like its going through my jaw I just want my jaw a little sharper

I think that your jaw can be undergone v line surgery. The teeth going through it is not likely to conditions this surgery.
You can discuss with a professional doctor about the options of the surgery on modeling the jaw or using a prothesis which is more switable for you. I don't think that teeth can be a problem because the bone where the procedure is done is far from teeth root.

I also don't think that's my teeth root I think it's just a little dark I guess
