Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and reviewed your attached reports, here is my advice.
As per your history, increased SGPT level should get further evaluated, So kindly follow up with a bit more information.
Please let me know if he has yellowish eyes or skin, abdominal pain, itching, decreased appetite, rashes, etc?
For further assessment, I would suggest you do liver function test, platelet count, ultrasound abdomen, dengue NS1 antigen study after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.
Till then for fever, he can take Acetaminophen (i.e. tablet Paracetamol) 500mg every 8 hourly. Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. As SGPT level is commonly increased in hepatitis, or dengue infection.
Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query, Let me know if I can assist you further...
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
