did not visit a doc but he drinks a lot so i think it is due to alcohol.he is 34 yrs old.ugi bleed was as told by the doc as the blood vessels of the liver was enlanrged n torn.pls help.i have attached hos liver reports taken two months back.

Thanks for uploading the liver function test results.
It looks like he has alcoholic hepatitis.
He needs medical attention and has to consult a Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist
The most important step in the treatment is abstinence from alcohol.
If he is very much addicted and not able to quit drinking, a psychiatrist's help may be sought for deaddiction.
For treatment of alcoholic hepatitis, few more tests are to be done that include PT/INR, USG abdomen etc.
He can continue taking Ulyses and Silymarin till he consults a Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist.
