Brief Answer:
Keep distance and mask to avoid having covid19.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The truth is that you have high risk of having complications if you have covid19.
Also the peripheral artery bypass should be done to reduce pain in your leg.
Taking count that you are evaluated by doctor and he recommended bypass it can be the only solution.
You should keep mask and distance from everyone in hospital.
Your doctor is aware of the situation so will do the best to protect you from having covid19.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
