Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor.

For most labs, the upper limit of normal for platelet count is 450, so your platelet count is still within normal. Also, it is expected that the platelet count will fluctuate, based on many factors, including bone marrow production, fluid status, and many others. So in the absence of any other concerning signs or symptoms, these lab results would be completely unremarkable and wouldn't raise any concerns at all.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions about any of that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
