Question: hi! my question is.... during intercourse my partner went a bit deep and it felt like he hurt my cervix. it hurt for a moment but i was able to continue having sex. a day later i was in paing on my left side where the injury occured. it felt like period cramps but diffrent...and as the days went on it was a tingling feeling i was feeling on my side. i went to my doctor and i did an ultrasound test from the out side and inside. i didn%E2%80%99t get a call back so im guess im okay. but when i went to get my ultrasound ( i was starting to feel a bit better) but the area the ultrasound stick was poking at me was the area I felt the pain originally and after that day for a couple of days I was in pain again. I googled and the symptoms I have are similar to what a bruised cervix symptoms are. But my research says it would go away after a week... the discomfort hasn%E2%80%99t left me and it%E2%80%99s been 3 weeks now. I feel the discomfort most when I sit up. What do u think it can be?

i search both, pelvic inflammatory desease and endometriosis and i dont have the symptoms for it... but i will do a speculum examination by a gynecologist.
