Brief Answer:
No need to worry as baby is otherwise asymptomatic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have seen the image and do understand your concern.
Redness in cheek area can be due to so many causes and there is no need to worry if not associated with other symptoms like fever, poor feed, excessive salivation, irritability, cough/cold or rashes in other parts of body.
The redness due to teeth eruption ( inflammation of gums) is usually associated with fever, swelling, excessive salivation, pain and poor feeding.
Here it appears to be due to irritation or allergy to something as it is not associated with other symptoms. In most of the cases it usually improves within few days. If you have used any particular cream, talc etc, please avoid that.
If the redness increases or there are other symptoms please consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
