Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

It is quite common for the small kids to have rashes.
Most of these rashes are harmless and go away on their own.
Salmon patch is one and most common out of them which is a cluster of capillaries, most probably caused by the impact of maternal hormones.
It might be a salmon patch and would probably fade in the coming months.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
