Question: hi name is XXXXXXX im 29 years old. i was dozing off and i suddenly woke up kinda with a hit of anxiety and trying to catch my breath. was wondering if i should be worried . no underlying conditions that i know of

It can be a panic attack or excessive anxiety. The underlying cause may be a stressor from work place or relation issue.
If it is a single epodes and you done have any anxiety issues which interferes with your daily activities, then nothing much to worry and simply ignore it.
If you have excessive anxiety, that cause obvious discomfort to your daily life, proper treatment is required.
As of now avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
