Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that I have gone through the echo and PMT reports attached by you and they both are perfectly within normal range.

Yes any kind of stress as well as anxiety issues increases the sympathetic tone of a body which ultimately results in increased heartrate or BP.

Doesn’t look like you have heart issues but As you feel increased heartrate and sometimes palpitations so I would like to suggest you to get a halter monitoring done which is basically a 24 hours ECG recording and will help us detect if there is any transient arrhythmia happening.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Considering your young age and both the normal test reports it’s highly unlikely that the test reports will be changed. You should start playing your game and hopefully you will be fine completely.
