Hi.. On 08-03-2020 I Had Fever, Cold And Cough Along

Question: hi.. on 08-03-2020 i had fever, cold and cough along with weekness than I went to a General medicine doctor. Initially it seemed to be a viral fever but later on a blood test was suggested by the doctor. There is some blood infection according to the doctor and medicine was suggested. I had some relief with the medicine but still I don't feed fit and the same symptoms occur now. I was sick just after my son and daughter had the same symptoms and problem but now they both are good. My blood report shows ESR (wg method manual) is 22 and Haemoglobin

First, I would like to see the blood report done.
Symptoms of fever, cold and cough suggest sore throat which may be due to viral infection.
Symptomatic treatment is usually effective for viral infections which includes treatment for fever, cold, cough and rest.
Viral infection may take 7-10 days for completely recovery and you can feel weak during course of the disease.
ESR is mildly increased, normal being 0-20 mm in first hour for females.
Rest, you may post your report for further interpretation.

today I took another blood test and 5 days medicine from general medicine doctor. Please suggest me medicine and also check the current medicine

The blood report shows raised white blood cell count and elevated neutrophils.
This blood picture indicates bacterial infection.
The medication prescribed is antibiotic which is effective in case of bacterial infection.
You need to continue with the antibiotic and take rest for few days before you feel absolutely normal.

please suggest me whether the medicine is right or not which I am taking. Again picture is also being attached. An another symptom I feel is that when I intake milk or milk made food than after 15 minutes the milk convert into curd which I feel in my throat.
Please suggest me a liitle bit about diet and the food which I should avoid.
Please do suggest me medicine name also

The medicine 'pfloxacin' that you have been prescribed is an antibiotic effective against bacterial infection.

Meftal belongs to the group of NSAIDs.

I understand from your history that there is regurgitation and a sour taste in the mouth and these side effects can occur with NSAIDs.

I suggest you take proton pump inhibitors (PPI) to avoid acid reflux and thus these symptoms.

You can take PPI like Pantoprazole 40mg empty stomach in the morning for one week till you are taking the medication.
