Brief Answer:
For the back/posture related concern, you need to be examined at first by a Neurosurgeon before deciding on the further course of action...

Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...

Well, first of all, since this is persisting for 3years now, you should get it checked up ideally by a spine-surgeon or a neurosurgeon in-person...unsupervised exercises without getting the exact diagnosis could do more harm than benefits...

If this is a spinal curvature/bony structure related problem, at first the Neurosurgeon may suggest you to go for some relevant investigations (MRI of the LS spine most likely) to look into it in details...further treatment/management plans can be decided based on the finding thereafter...

As for gaining more fat/weight after pregnancy, it's a common phenomenon, do get more physically active...Exercise 30-40min daily, preferably join a gym to undergo to maintain a targeted activity vs diet regimen under the supervision of the gym-instructor...

Drink plenty of water throughout the day...Never to skip breakfast...Have homemade foods mainly and avoid fast/junk/processed foods...always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of any packaged fruit juices...

Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the daily diet..have a bowl of salad every day...include food products like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, plenty of nuts in your daily diet...have at least one seasonal fruit every day...

Wish you good health...
Let me know if I can assist you further...
