Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service./ I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Panderm is a steroid based cream and can cause side effects like acne, thinning and sensitivity of skin. It should NEVER be used on face and NEVER for acne.
I suggest you to use clindamycin 1% solution for acne, twice daily and also take Doxycycline 100mg, twice daily for a few weeks. Use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion for face wash. These are prescription medications

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know i you need any more assistance.
