my name is XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX
i am going under severe stress, cz i have a frndship wt a girl for a long time.. tht was very close frndship bt not in love.. we r mutually giving very comfrtable and supportive and we have to make communocation everydy . bt revemy her marge fixed and she is plabing for future life .. she is very comfrtable wt tht person and eventhough she is maintainin good frndship wt me as earlier. bt problm is mine.. i have some bad feeling tht i am goin to missing her. i knw it is nt good cz we r good frnds, bt tht thought make me severe stress n anxiety. my sleep is very less recently.. i trying to avoid her slowly, and making many plans to escape from this mental stress.. bt i cudnt reach complete success. and also i cudnt concentrate on my work too. the other matter is i cudnt disclose her abt this, cz we r good frnds and she is very comfrtable wt new relation.. SIR CAN I GET ANY MEDICATION SUGGESTION FOR OVER COMING SUCH ANXIETY N STRESS
u was an iit graduate and eaier in my 25age i have undergone a psychiatric consultation for anxiety hypocondriasis and intake flouxetine 40 mg and ta for arrnd a yr
tht means i am littilebit anxious person

i have tried almost relaxation techninques like pranayama.. bt have nt get a proper relief
. i am unmarried and age of 30..

thanku.. very useful and supportive advice.. may i ask one more tht.. i have too many strips flouxetine here .. 20 mg and toficalm 50 mg too..(tofisapam). both medicine i have used ealier, instead of thinking about insomania, can i use this tablet for present situation. already used medicne, thtswhy i have good confidence on it.. just asking ur advice. if it can, pls send the dosage too
