Brief Answer:
It can be GERDe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think this burning sensation in throat and tongue and chest pain may be related to GERD.
I think you should get examined doing an upper endoscopy to check esophageal mucosa.
I believe you may need to take antiacids over the counter such Maalox to help reduce acidity.
You can also take Omeprazole only by doctors prescription .
Sleep with elevated head with pillows ,eat at least 3 hours before bed.

Hope I have answered the question.
