Hi There. I Have An Anxiety Disorder Anf I Was

Question: hi there. i have an anxiety disorder anf I was doing ok this morning... but then I drank my protein shake and got up to clean the container and I got so anxious. Is there anything that exists that would cause this after eating? Like can my body not handle food? Does my blood sugar go nuts after food? Why would I get so anxious after a protein shake?
i dont have diabetes i dont think. my A1C was 5.4 last time.
all ive ever been diagnosed with is anxiety but sometimes its so affected by food. so im curious.
how does blood sugar work? i think im confused by it. does it change as soon as food / liquid hits the stomach?

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are a part of Anxiety disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your attached query in detail.
Many of your symptoms are directly correlated to the free floating Anxiety.
Anxiety causes excessive preoccupation with one's own health and vice versa
Protein shakes does not rapidly alter blood sugar levels.
It doesn't alter when food enters the stomach.
Food in your case seems to be the possible precipitating factor in your case leading to anxiety.
This can lead to panic attacks if not controlled adequately with appropriate medication.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you
