Hi There. I Have Been Wirking Through Anxiety And Panic

Question: hi there. i have been wirking through anxiety and panic disorder naturally for a few months abd i reslly have done well. im not as fearful of the sensations and i can pretty much live a full life.
however, as i did exposurw therapy to my panic... i found that i started to get very exhausted and fatigued. its like my brain just cant handle anything anymore.
im still somewhat symptomatic as well... i wake up too early, have somw high blood pressure still (which startes with the anxiety/depression) but mostly its a lack of energy thats just overwhelming at times.
Have you heard of this happening as you go through therapy to recover from anxiety disorders? i dont take any meds for it. i dont feel sad or hopeless or guilt. i just feel exhausted as i work through all the fear!

Brief Answer:
You may need therapy for some more time.
Detailed Answer:
Hi mam,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,
I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
Considering your remnant of anxiety symptoms, you may require treatment for some more time could be indefinite period to treat the remnant problem.
There might be relapse of symptoms as in your case during the course of treatment, as the reason could be due to inadequate dose.
So, please let me know your current doses to guide you regarding this.
Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.
