Hi There! Ive Had PVCs For A Very Long Time...

Question: hi there! ive had PVCs for a very long time... had a holtor monitor and everything. recently they have come back strongly... usually after i stand up quickly or lay down quickly to get comfortable... or bending over... ill have a run of strong flutters/spasms/skipped beats... where my heart pounds and skips and pounds and skips. it doesnt hurt but its always startling and i never know what to do so i ususlly just stop what im doing until it passes... sometimes if i take a deep breath that will stop them. but rhey alwats stop after at most 10 or 15 seconds i think.
and they are always worse when im stressed.
does this still sound like PVCs or more like A Fib or some other arrythmia?
thanks.

So kindly upload the image of ecg so that I can go through it once and then I will be able to comment what rhythm is going on.
