
Hi There My 5 Year Old Recently Had A Flu

my 5 year old recently had a flu and cough and has passed it onto me which i am suffering and have had it for 3 days now: sore throat, blocked and runny nose, headaches associated with nausea and blocked ears which are a bit sore. my partner also was rubbing vicks on my back and was making me feel quite nauseous as he was doing it. is this normal with a cold or flu to feel nauseous aswell?
