Brief Answer:
What type of scan was it?

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings

Have you taken an ECG during the pain.I think you should rule out any cardiac causes . So better get an ECG and troponin blood test.If negative
it can be inflammation of any of the rib end like costochontritis.
It can be treated with antiinflammatory drugs.Hope my answer helps you.
