Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a bulging disc in the vertebral column or a musculoskeletal pain.
As a cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues, considering the fact that the pain is triggered by deep breathing.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a chest X ray study, a cervical spine X ray study and inflammation tests ( complete blood count, PCR and ESR).
In the meantime, I would recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the pain.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
