Brief Answer:
No usually not worrisome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Normal resting heart rate is between 60-100 bpm. However, most of the times, it's not worrisome if it's out of range.
However, if very much out of range like more than 110 or 120 or less than 55 and its persistent, associated with symptoms like shortness of breath, dizziness, chest pain then should be evaluated. Even otherwise, one ecg should be obtained during tachycardia so as to be sure that its sinus tachycardia only (normal form of tachycardia).
Common causes for tachycardia are anxiety, after exertion, too much coffee, thyroid issues, low hemoglobin etc.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
