How I Can Improve B12?

I ran my annual health check-up on November 20th. Just received the report and I want to know how it looks. I see it has raised concern about my Vitamin and Protein levels. Would love to hear your thoughts and how I can improve them.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through the attachment provided.
Yes, the results are normal except for Vitamin D, Vit B12 and total protein levels being lower.
Vit D3 60,000 units taken once a week for 6 weeks followed by monthly once for 6 months is recommended dose for Vit D deficiency.
Methylcobalamine 750mcg in capsule form daily once after food in the morning for a minimum period of one month will correct the Vitamin b12 deficiency.
Total protein levels usually have a dynamic estimation value, low number doesn't always indicate low protein in the blood. Protein has many functions and can be used up depending on the demand showing a set of protein levels low or high. It is very unlikely that your are protein deficient and over weight.
Anyways do increase the protein intake in the diet, which is of no harm.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.

Also, I see alerts for HbA1C, Total protein, Globulin (Calculated) & Albumin/Globulin Ratio. Should I be concerned about these values?
Need not worry
