Question: how accurate is the oraquik rapid swab test , can I trust it after 8 years I did 2 a month apart

also would there be symptoms after this amount of time?

The OraQuick test had 93% sensitivity, 99% specificity, 99.93% NPV and 90% PPV. (ncbi.gov - article)
Almost all the tests available in the market for the detection of HIV infection are Highly reliable. As far as the Oraquick test is concerned, it is reliable more than 93%.
