Thanks for query .

In order to do urine culture you need to visit nearest Pathological Laboratory and get sterile container or bottle to collect the urine sample .

Collect the midstream sample of morning urine as detailed below
1) Wipe out and clean your genital area with soft tissue paper soaked in warm water .
2) Collect the midstream sample of urine in container or bottle which you brought from laboratory and submit it in laboratory for culture .
3) Normally it takes 72 hours to get the
report .
