Brief Answer:
A thorough health check-up is needed at first...

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

For acidity and gas, you should take a few precautions as well as taking PPI/antacid for a few days to observe how it stays. Medicine combinations like PANTOPRAZOLE/DOMPERIDONE (40/30)mg once daily on an empty stomach (before breakfast) can be tried for about a week.

-If you take too many caffeine/caffeinated energy drinks/soda pops, please avoid as they are quite notorious for causing this, please stop them altogether...avoid caffeine at least for the time being, and observe how you stay afterward...

-Have simple home-made foods, toasts, organic preparations, home-made vegetable soups, salads; avoid fast/processed foods, avoid refined sugar/sugary products.

-Drink plenty of water throughout the day (only proper R.O or mineral water, no outside water strictly)...

-Avoid smoking/alcohol also (if at all do), they're another known factors that can further aggravate this condition...

If despite following these, symptoms persist, I'd suggest you get yourself checked up by a Gastroenterologist for a thorough clinical evaluation...there may be some further investigations required based on these findings...

Wish you good health...

Kind Regards
