Question: i I have a rash on my face on my cheeks chin between my eyebrows and in my eyebrows it's little tiny White-head blisters it's not necessarily painful Or itchy but where the blisters are the surrounding skin is very dry . haven't eaten anything new I haven't been in the grass I was taking keflex but I Have taken keflex any number of times in the past . never had any issues with it. I do not take any other medications regularly. Onset was about 24 hours Ago

The symptoms and signs are more likely suggestive of seborrhoea which is nothing but a form of fungal infection. However other causes also has to consider.
As a first line management you can apply topical antifungals like clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
