Lymphocytes, eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils are all types of white blood cells, they are usually not interpreted on their own but along with the total white cell count.

These different types of white blood cells respond to different types of infection, allergy or inflammation.
Eosinophils tend to be high in persons with allergies and parasite infection so a low eosinophil count means no detectable allergy or parasite infection

Neutrophils tend to indicate a bacterial infection so the increased numbers should be assessed and your doctor would need to determine if there is any evidence of bacterial infection. If found, then a course of antibiotics may be needed. Infections can be easily treated.

MCV, MCHC, MCH, RDW are all interpreted along with Hb (the hemoglobin). Like the white cell count, the breakdown is not interpreted on its own.
A low MCV, MCH, MCHC, if associated with a low Hb- can indicate a type of anemia- iron deficiency anemia most commonly though there are other causes.
Iron deficiency anemia can occur in pregnancy.
