Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of Cancer at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted presence of red blood cells, proteins and leukocytes in urine is suggestive of chronic inflammation of bladder (Cystitis) which is very common in females .

As regards your apprehension about having cancer I would state that there is no possibility of cancer at all. Cancer of the Urinary system always present with XXXXXXX blood in urine.

Take antibiotics like Norflox and Urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer like Citralka thrice daily.

Ensure to drink more water.

Refrain from surfing on Dr . Google It will add more to confuse you.

Doctor do you think this may be a Kidney Disease at all ? I’m very very worried for my health doctor. I’m wondering why the doctors have found this five years ago but haven’t mentioned anything about it.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to have major kidney issues

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up
In absence of any major alarming symptoms it is unlikely to have any major kidney disease.

it I very common in females to have these findings on routine urine tests . One should not get worried unless one has urinary symptoms .

You may consult qualified Nephrologist and get Renal function tests done to relieve your apprehension .

Is it normal that sometimes my urine looks a little fizzy??

Nothing very extreme. And not foamy . But it resembles little acidic bubbles that you find in Soda like Sprite or 7up or Cola ? I haven’t noticed this before in my life .

My urine is the only one that looks like this. I don’t have any sort of pains or UTI symptoms but I do constantly check the toilet after I urinate.

What can I do to keep my kidneys and bladder healthy please.

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to be worried about

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Your recent urine examination and Urine culture do not reveal any infection ;

as I have said earlier it is very common in females to get UTI frequently .

Following general measures would help to prevent from getting UTI.
1) Avoid using public toilets as far as possible
2) Clean the toilets before and after use
3) Drink more water at frequent intervals .
4) Get routine urine tests done every 2-3 weeks .

Thanks and Regards.

Hi doctor,

For the last month or so my urine sinks right to the bottom on the toilet bowl rather than mixing with the toilet water. You can see the difference where it is urine and where there is water.

Is this a sign of something wrong with my kidneys or bladder? My urine is the only urine that has this problem in my family.

I stay very well hydrated throughout day and night.

Brief Answer:
It is not uncommon to sediment urine at the bottom of toilet

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

It is not uncommon to find urine getting settle at the bottom of toilet .This is due to specific gravity of urine being higher than water and is mainly due to presence of traces of protein and salts like Phosphate and has no significance .

Ensure to drink more water to remain well hydrated .

Thanks and Regards.

Thankyou so much doctor.

So you are sure that my microscopic hematuria is not a sign of cancer ?

In all my tests I have attached from 2015-2020 they all show microscopic blood
